Franklynn is survived by his devoted wife Catherine Shipley, his loving children: Jordan Shipley (Kirsty), Kyle Shipley, Alexandra Shipley, Elaina Shipley, Abigail Shipley, his stepson Brandon Wheeler, and grandchildren: Oliver Shipley and Graham Shipley.
