Vanessa McDowell, 42, of Denton, on or about July 23, 2022 through August 19, 2022, committed the offenses of fraudulent use of a credit card more than $500.00, by making unauthorized withdrawals/transactions on a debit/credit card belonging to another person with such purchases being a total amount of $4,399.00, a Class D Felony; theft of identity, when she knowingly possessed and used the anothers identifying information with the intent to represent herself as the other and deprive the other person of their property, a Class D Felony; and engaging in organized crime, by organizing and/or participating in organized criminal syndicate which criminal enterprise engaged in illegal theft activities, a Class B Felony.
